Meaning of 'kudu'
kudu. [Tel. from kuducu to eat or enjoy.] n. Food, victuals, boiled rice, annamu. The pith inside a palm tree: infl. kuti. plu. kullu. viands, dishes. puttakudu the red earth in the heart of a white ant hill, which contains the eggs. vaniki kutikiledu he has not bread to eat. kutipedalu the indigent: those who have no food.

Wicked దుష్టము. కీడుపడు, కీడ్పడు or కీడ్వడు kīḍu-paḍu. v. n. To be vanquished. తక్కువపడు. కీడుపరచు or కీడ్పరచు kīḍu-paraṭsu. v. a. To vanquish. పరయోధవరుల గీడ్పరచినసరణి. Dab.
